Back in 2020, I compiled a list of online cichlid retailers. Occasionally, I update it. I did so today.
Every site listed was accessible as of today. I removed four or five sites that that weren’t. I also added a retailer (ZYN Aquatics), which as of this post sells only discus cichlids.
DISCLAIMERS: Just because the site is accessible doesn’t mean the business is still open. For example, some of the retailers have a Facebook (FB) page rather than a regular website. The FB page may still be up, but the latest stock listed provided is three years old. I don’t check to see whether the businesses are still active, just whether their page is still available.
Also, the quality of the sites or their livestock is beyond the scope of this post. I have done business with several of these retailers and know several of the owners. However, I won’t denigrate a retail site or its owner here.
