With the proliferation of ChatGPT and other generative AI tools, I would understand if you now approach online content, including the blog here, with a healthy dose of skepticism. After all, the job of such tools is to aid content creation in all forms, including images.
At the same time, relying on such tools can erode trust in both the authority and creativity of the humans behind the content. Rest assured; you will read nothing from me on my site that is AI generated. Other than maybe interviewee responses, every post here is written by me with no assistance whatsoever from any AI applications. Though I do use generative AI in my occupation, I reserve that solely for work related efforts.
Do you care one way or another? Maybe not. But just as I promise you that you won’t find advertisements on this blog, I also promise that all content on The Cichlid Stage is created by me and not a computer, other than the aforementioned interviews. I can’t ensure that responses I receive to interview questions aren’t aided by AI.
